High Quality Implants

Our MONDEAL implant systems consist of the highest quality material and manufacturing possible as well as gracile designs with optimal characteristics in the areas of application. All products undergo strict controls. In this way, all screws for example, are checked microscopically for flawless surface condition and exact measurements before leaving production in order to fulfill our very high demands in quality. Construction, manufacturing and marketing of MONDEAL Medical Systems GmbH are certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485. This Quality Management System meets the requirements of the Directive 93/42/EWG, Appendix II for Medical Products and in addition also fulfills the regulatory requirements of various countries worldwide.

All important production facilities are available at our headquarters in Mühlheim an der Donau (Germany) by Tuttlingen. Here, construction as well as manufacturing and assembly of our products are done. Product development, by our engineers, is supported by means of the most modern CAD technology. This allows us for example, to view a detailed 3D prototype during its developmental phase. The optimized products created are realized via modern CNC manufacturing techniques and a highly motivated and qualified staff. An assembly department as well as our own prototype and tooling complete this production sequence.
